- Intake. Pickup requests and volunteer signups arrive with a county attached.
- Assign. A client admin matches a worker to the walk list and sends them into the app.
- Walk. The volunteer follows the script, logs progress, and can send a photo from the door.
- Review. The portal shows what is still open so the turf does not go stale overnight.
