Built for field campaigns

Ballot Banker is the workspace for voter files, walk lists, pickup requests, and volunteer shifts.

Ballot Banker admin portal pickup table

One portal for the whole operation

Client admins, sub-admins, and super-admins each see the slice they are allowed to run. Pickups, signups, and county pages stay in the same place.

Voter file in, turf out

Upload voters, assign them to workers, and export progress when you need a spreadsheet.

Pickup operations

Absentee, early vote, and election-day pickup types are configured per campaign.

County coverage

States and counties are first-class settings, so each request lands with the right team.

City coverage

Incorporated cities and towns get the same templated, searchable pages as counties.

Roles that match a real campaign

Super admin

States, pickup types, FAQs, and the public county and city directory.

Client admin

County workspace, sub-admins, voters, and the volunteer roster.

Field worker

The Android app: walk lists, scripts, progress, and chat.

What you can turn on

Public county and city pages can be switched on or off from the admin portal, including bulk updates by state.

A campaign day in Ballot Banker

  1. Intake. Pickup requests and volunteer signups arrive with a county attached.
  2. Assign. A client admin matches a worker to the walk list and sends them into the app.
  3. Walk. The volunteer follows the script, logs progress, and can send a photo from the door.
  4. Review. The portal shows what is still open so the turf does not go stale overnight.

Directory pages you control

County pages

Searchable, paged, and sortable in the admin portal. Filter by state, then turn pages on or off one row at a time or in bulk.

City pages

Incorporated municipal governments use the same controls, so a town page can go live without publishing every city in the state.

Volunteer intake

Public signup asks for state, county, and city so the pending worker lands with the right campaign.
